Refund Policy for Course Design Grande Tour for Entrepreneurs
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and flexible. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, provided they meet the following criteria:
1. Death or illness of the participant or an immediate family member.
2. Significant impact from a natural disaster (e.g., floods, hurricanes, or wildfires).
3. Duplicate payment for the course.
4. Medical emergencies, such as hospitalization or surgery.
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the reason for your cancellation and any supporting documentation, if applicable. All refund requests must be submitted before the class begins.
Please note that all approved refunds will incur a 10% fee covering handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
